Let Your Imagination Out – Try Looking At Things Without The Strings

Have you ever wanted to play with fate?  You know, do the unexpected…

Music and writingLike eat left over spaghetti for breakfast and raisin bran for lunch.  Okay – maybe that wasn’t so drastic, but you get my gist.  My mother always told me things about what ‘THEY SAY’ and I have always felt compelled to try to prove ‘THEM’ wrong. (I haven’t found out who ‘They’ are yet!)

We all have some rebellion in our nature, as we try to be an individual with our own thoughts, writing, art and music.  In reality, we all have the same basic emotions and we all go through the same phases in life.  What makes us an individual is our interpretation of our surroundings.

Try looking at things without the strings.

Imagine the story in front of you – who is this person, place or thing?

Why, How come that happened and How far?

Let your skills gather the stimuli, and then churn it in your mind.  Make your individual images, then let your imagination out.   Write it down, draw it up, sing out loud.  Be yourself.  Play with fate, and do something unexpected.
